4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Supply all relevant documentation and evidence
• Cooperate fully with the investigation process
• Pay agreed-upon fees in a timely manner
• Not use our services for illegal purposes
• Not misrepresent our findings or reports

5. Fees and Payment

Our fees vary based on case complexity, required investigation scope, and time commitment. Fee structures will be clearly communicated before engagement and may include:

• Initial consultation fees (may be waived)
• Flat-rate investigation packages
• Hourly rates for specialized analysis
• Report preparation and documentation fees

Payment is typically required before investigation commencement or according to agreed milestones. We accept wire transfers, cryptocurrency payments, and other secure payment methods.

Refund Policy: Fees paid for completed investigation work are non-refundable. If you cancel before work begins, you may receive a refund minus administrative costs.

6. Confidentiality

Our investigation reports represent professional opinions based on available evidence at the time of investigation. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party information.

8. Intellectual Property

All investigation reports, methodologies, tools, and materials provided by Cipher Trace remain our intellectual property. You may use reports for personal legal proceedings and recovery efforts but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize our work without written permission.

9. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Cipher Trace provides investigation and consultation services but does not provide legal advice. Our services do not create an attorney-client relationship. We recommend consulting with qualified legal professionals regarding legal matters and recovery strategies.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination:

• You remain responsible for payment of fees for completed work
• We will provide all completed investigation materials
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.

12. Changes to Terms
